Auto Trimming
The product is dedicated to the post-lamination process of photovoltaic modules. It adopts the four-wheel drive eight-cutter head design to achieve omnidirectional trimming, completely removes lamination overflow (excluding the glue overflow factor on the glass surface).It is equipped with a safety interlock device. And the circular knife design with the quick tool change system significantly improves the trimming effect and production efficiency.
Sealing Tape Remover
The product is dedicated to the production line of double-glass photovoltaic modules. Automatically complete the stripping operation of the sealing tape of the component, with a pass rate of ≥95% (excluding the adverse effects of incoming materials), compatible with 30-40mm wide and 0.07-0.1mm thick tapes, ensuring that the length of the head and tail of the adhesive tape is ≥50mm, and the efficient and non-destructive peeling is realized.
Glass Loader (Repair)
The product is specially used in the double glass photovoltaic module rework production line. The X/Z-axis linkage realizes the automatic disassembly and lamination of the components, and the Z-axis driven by the electric cylinder ensures high-precision positioning (±2mm), which can accurately complete the glass transfer and reset operations of the reworked components, and significantly improve the rework efficiency.
Auto Tape Sealing
The product is dedicated to the production line of double-glass photovoltaic modules. It can automatically complete the fully sealed/unilateral sealing tape operation of double-glass modules before lamination (tape width 25-30mm, roll length 1000m), using servo-driven edge banding mechanism, adapting to the thickness of 4-6mm modules (beyond the range needs to replace the mechanism), to ensure that the edge sealing accuracy is ±1mm, and there is no risk of glass scratches and hidden cracks in the whole process.

Ribbon Bending & Tape Placement
The product is suitable for photovoltaic module production line. It integrates the functions of busbar bending, tape attachment and backplane label positioning, adopts servo motor for precise positioning (accuracy ±0.5mm) and CCD visual inspection (accuracy ±0.1mm), compatible with 15-25mm coil tape and standard glass labels, and realizes efficient and automated production.

The product is suitable for photovoltaic module production line.It can realize the functions of automatic absorption, transfer and lamination of glass by mechanical positioning. It is equipped with a dual-axis motion control system, with compact structure and high accuracy of lamination, which effectively improves the production efficiency of double-glass components.

Auto Tape Sticker (Four head)
The product is suitable for photovoltaic module production line. Automatically complete the battery string positioning tape pasting process, support servo precise positioning and one-key switching.It can be adjusted that tape length, position and height. Achieve efficient (cycle time adjustable), high precision (cutting accuracy±0.5mm, sticking accuracy ±1mm) automatic operation, instead of traditional manual operations.

The product is suitable for photovoltatic module production line.Automatically compeleting the cutting and punching of EVA rubber string, and percisely placing the EVA slot on the busbar line. At the same time, it realizes barcode printing and automatic labeling, ensuring high percision (0.5mm) and high efficiency （one-time pass rate 99%), low hidden crack rate (100PPM)
