JB Placement
The products are dedicated to the production line of photovoltaic modules. The automatic feeding of the material frame (positive and negative junction boxes) and the automatic feeding of the vibrating plate (intermediate junction box) are used to greatly improve the feeding efficiency; Through the precise installation of the secondary positioning platform and the robot (positioning accuracy ±0.2mm), the success rate of installation is significantly improved by the lead correction mechanism. The main body of the steel structure is stable and reliable, and the fully automatic operation does not require manual intervention, ensuring high stability production.

JB Dispenser
The product is specially used for the gluing process of photovoltaic module junction box. The size of the workbench ≥530mm×525mm, supports Chinese and English programming interface and 99 sets of path storage, and has the functions of alternate gluing and one-button start. Customers need to provide their own bridge (if there are special requirements for the gluing path) to achieve efficient and accurate gluing of the junction box.
